The feeling of stress starts as a reaction to something that is happening to us or around us. That reaction happens because we believe that the situation, whatever it may be, is something we are not able to handle. Our body and our mind struggle to figure out a solution and stressing is one way we attempt to cope. That feeling of stress can stick with us if we do not address the initial cause. There are some very helpful tools that have been developed to address feelings of stress and you can apply them in your everyday life but feelings of constant dread, fear or anxiousness is something to bring to your doctor or the people who support you.
